FAQs
How do I get started?
When you call our center, you will speak to Dr. Erica Bacher directly. If you know the provider you would like to work with, she will connect you directly so you can schedule your initial appointment. If you need help figuring out which provider or service(s) would be best for you, she will help you figure that out.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not take insurance, however, our clients often use their “out of network” insurance benefits to obtain some reimbursement for their services. At the end of the month, we will send you a receipt (“superbill”) for services that you can file with your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable. We are able to take Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flex Spending Accounts (FSA). We can work with you to determine what will work best for you.
What are your fees?
Our fees vary depending on the service you receive. Call us to discuss.
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
We offer both! We are licensed to provide telehealth therapy throughout the United States. If you would like to meet virtually, we will meet via our secure telehealth platform. If you would like to meet in person, we have developed a detailed plan to maximize health and safety in our office that includes up-to-date requirements for social distancing, cleaning and disinfecting (including new high tech air filtration systems throughout our space), and outlines factors that would require therapist or client to use telehealth rather than coming to the office. Our therapists are happy to wear a mask if you prefer.
